Sure Fire Way to Understand “Why Me?” Obstacles

overcoming

However, if we are unwilling to do this and we would prefer to be miserable, we can…

  • Complain about how unfair life is
  • Get bitter and resentful at those who seem to escape our troubles
  • Wait for someone else to fix things for us
  • Refuse to “see” and learn from the multitudes who have triumphed in spite of obstacles similar to (or more daunting than) our own

I spent decades in the miserable (Why Me?) camp at work and at home before deciding to “lay down the whine” and pick up the sword. So glad I did!

We can never understand why troubles have plagued us until we have decided to “suit up,” charge to the front line, and fight valiantly for victory over them.
