Whatever it takes to stay hopeful.
“All the ills of mankind, all the tragic misfortunes that fill the history books, all the political blunders, all the failures of the great leaders have arisen merely from a lack of skill at dancing.”
I’m not sure what Moliere meant, but I know that the people who can be counted on to dance in the rain and make the best of it are the happy-makers.
When life is unsure, disappointing, full of trouble, scary, painful, or seems to be lost…this is what we do to make it through…we dance.
(By the way, prayer doesn’t work unless it comes with the dance, the smile, the song, or the laugh of hope.)
