To BE or Not To BE (Present). That Is the Challenge.


Who do you want to go on a walk with?  The person in the illustration? Or the dog?

Whatever we think is more important than right now…isn’t.

Believing this is the absolute first step to a quiet mind.

The second step is to be quiet long enough so we can watch our quiet mind deliver miracles (the miracles we were unable to generate with our worrying, scheming, and obsessing).
