Antidote for Anxiety

love-yourself

Especially for those of us who spend way too much time worrying about how we look or what people will think of what we wear or how fat we are, etc., freedom comes from finally smiling at ourselves for being ourselves.

Especially for those of us who are different and will never turn heads with our “beauty,” freedom comes from finally smiling at ourselves for being ourselves.

Especially for those of us who are outcasts or written off by others, freedom comes from finally smiling at ourselves for being ourselves.

Especially for those of us who think we will never be loved as we are or that we cannot let people see our “blemishes,” freedom comes from finally smiling at ourselves for being ourselves.

Finally freedom comes, and relief.
