Cure for Irritability

  1. Wake up and smile at the future…whatever it may be…because you have made it this far and were born to overcome.
  2. Expect anything. Be prepared for everything.
  3. Decide to be strong.
  4. Don’t say stupid stuff to yourself like, “I’m exhausted.” or “I can’t make it any longer.” Your brain takes orders from you.
  5. Think about your heroes.
  6. Pick a song or a word for the day that inspires you and play it over and over.


For those of you who think I am being too sappy, take someone else’s advice:

“In the world you will have trouble, but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world.”
