Feeling so tossed around is not just a symptom of Bipolar Disorder.

Several years ago I recognized the pattern; after a really good day, I’d have a really bad one. I finally wised up and realized that it wasn’t an accident. The phenomena was a function of my expectations, or, as a wise person called expectations…premeditated disappointments.

Best way to stop the yoyo?

Expect challenges. Get prepared for challenges. Welcome challenges. Show your muscles.
