Run Down?

Charging batteries of our electronics is second nature. We automatically plug things in every day.

If we will allow this activity to remind us that we also need a constant connection to a power source, we will avoid:

  • feeling depleted
  • losing our temper
  • getting discouraged
  • going dead to the amazing stimulus all around us

I’m not just talking about sleep. Sleep is a fundamentally powerful recharger for basic functioning. However, if we want full functionality, it takes a little more.
