It used to seem impossible that I could choose not to be angry, sad, or depressed, and I resented anyone who said it was up to me. Now, I have reprogramed myself to say…
- “That’s interesting” or “Tell me more about that” when someone says something I don’t agree with
- “How can I use this experience to help someone else?” when I am challenged, and
- “What is the Universe trying to teach me? when I am hurting
What a difference it made.
