The Top Six Things We Do to Confuse and Mess Each Other up

  1. Strangle them with our dependence on them (for our meaning or well-being)
  2. Ignore them or fail to praise and delight in them
  3. Hide the truth from them
  4. Make them pretend to be something they are not
  5. Forget to forgive or be grateful
  6. Teach them fear

Wanna start undoing these wrongs?

  1. Love and value ourselves (we are enough)
  2. Love others as we love ourselves (completely)
  3. Tell the truth (Always – even if it is hard)
  4. Accept people for who they are (not who we wish they would be)
  5. Forgive as we are forgiven and honor the Creator (for the billions of gifts we forgot to notice)
  6. Model courage, confidence, hope (and a good sense of humor about ourselves)

  1. In the undo list you started it off right! We have to love ourselves.

  2. Took me too long to get that.
    So true.
